Shipping & Returns


Economy Shipping (U.S. Only): Economy shipping is our most affordable option for domestic U.S. light parcel orders. Standard lead time is 5-8 business days throughout the continental U.S. - delivery dates are not guaranteed and tracking is not provided.

Standard Shipping (U.S. Only): Standard Shipping is a blend of multiple shipping services (chosen at the shipper's discretion) that allows for a high quality service at a reasonable price. Shipping standard lead time is 3-7 business days throughout the continental U.S. - delivery dates are not guaranteed and tracking is not provided. Standard shipping should be selected if the shipping destination is a United States PO Box or United States Mailing Address. You must be already receiving US Postal Office mail at the address selected for your shipment to be eligible for STANDARD SHIPPING.

UPS Ground Shipping (U.S./International): Premium shipping service with guaranteed door-to-door tracking. Standard delivery time is 1-5 days, depending on your location. Not available for P.O. Box delivery. Refer to the chart below to estimate your delivery date:

UPS Ground Shipment Lead Times

UPS Next Day/2 Day Service (U.S./International): Expedited service with door to door tracking and guaranteed delivery. Orders placed before noon CST will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after noon CST will be shipped the next day. Not available for P.O. Box delivery.

Economy Worldwide (International): Affordable worldwide shipping service with guaranteed door-to-door tracking. You will receive a tracking number. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. Any applicable duties, taxes, and tariffs are the responsibility of the recipient, will be due upon delivery in the destination country, and are NOT included in the costs of the order placed through this Online Store. For this reason, we strongly encourage that prior to placing an order, international customers should check with their local brokerage office to see what import or customs fees they will be charged to receive their order. All pricing for shipping costs are in US dollars and must contain a valid email address and telephone number.

Your order will be cancelled if you do not accept import or custom fees assessed by your brokerage office within five business days of receipt at that location.

Shipping Times: All items will ship next business day after your order is placed. Items are not shipped on weekend or major holidays.

Back Orders: We work hard to ensure prompt delivery of your order. However, if for some reason a specific product is on back order, we will contact you by phone or e-mail to notify you of the delay. We will give you an estimated delivery date or allow you to change your order for an item that is currently in stock. By default, your order will ship complete. If you would like to split shipments, you will be responsible for additional shipping fees.

Returns/Exchanges: We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise for full refund or exchange within 90 calendar days of purchase for a refund. We fully guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects, and will accept any defective items for full refund or exchange. In all cases of defective items, refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. The customer is responsible for any shipping for any returns/exchanges with the sole exception of manufacturer defect or the wrong item being received.

We will not accept returns on customized merchandise except in case of manufacturer defect.

To return an item, simply fill out the form on the back of your original packing slip. In the event that you have lost your original packing slip, please contact customer service to have a return form emailed to you. If your return is for a defective item, please contact customer service before sending back your package for a return service label. For all normal returns and exchanges, simply ship the form, along with the product you wish to exchange, to the address listed below.

Changing Placed Orders: Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed. If you need to change a placed order, contact customer service to cancel the order. You will be asked to place a new order. If the order has already shipped, you will be responsible for all associated shipment fees.

Note: Returns must be sent via UPS or FedEx for verified delivery. This will ensure a tracking number for a lost or delayed package in order to verify exchanges.
